The site in an area called "Ura Harajuku" close to Meijijingumae Station. As the site overlooks both Cat Street and a back street, it was designed with maximum space so as to make it feel as if both streets were connected. With the road going through the building, the image is to see the people and the bustle of the town. The facade was designed with two fronts so as to embody the different views of the tow streets. The design on the Cat Street side is simple and allows for the characters of the tenants to overflow to the town, while the back street design is rather relaxing decorative design with a neat atmosphere. Moreover, the underground dry area is designed so as to provide maximum quietness away from the bustling road.
